Instructions for Preparing Masala Pasta
Step 1: Boil Some Pasta
In a separate utensil, add some Pasta to a bowl and boil it in hot water for a few minutes until it is soft enough.
You can add a tbsp of salt to this. Don’t boil it to the point it is fully cooked.

Step 2: Slightly Pre-Cook the Vegetables
There isn’t really a limit to the type of vegetables you can add to a Pasta.
We’d suggest slightly pre-cooking them and keeping them ready so that they add a bit more flavor.
Step 3: Blanche and Purée the Tomatoes
Rather than chopping the tomatoes, we’d suggest making a paste out of them by blanching them and then puréeing them.
